Product Returns

You can return any product within 20 days from date of shipment, except motorcycles. A 25% restocking fee will be charged.

All merchandise for return requires a Return Authorization code from KC International and must be returned prepaid in the original packaging in resale condition. You must return the package whereby a signature is required upon receipt.

Contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Code, which must be clearly displayed on each returned box. Packages shipped to KC International without a valid RMA number on the box will be returned unopened.

KC International is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. It is recommended that you insure the package, and ship requiring a signature upon receipt. Additionally, we strongly suggest that you follow-up with our customer service department 2-3 weeks after returns are shipped to ensure that your package has been received.

Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
